Alliance leader

Every Alliance's first Leader is the player who founds it. The leader has full authorization to manage every aspect of the Alliance. The Leader can give full or partial authorizations to members and can transfer the Leadership to another Alliance member. The Leader can also appoint a "Descendant" - the Alliance member that will become the Leader if the actual Leader leaves or their account is deleted for inactivity. In case the Leader's account is deleted for inactivity and they haven't appointed a Descendant, the person that has been second longest in the Alliance (the Leader is the one that has been in the Alliance the longest) becomes the Leader. The Leader is the player that can declare the Team planet.
